REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

We invest a great deal of love and care in making every pair of Subhuuti. However, we understand that sometimes our shoes or bags may not match your expectations.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, you can place a Replacement Request within 7 days from the date it was shipped to you, provided the item is in unused condition and in its original packaging.

As per the company policy, we issue the credit note or exchanges, only if the product is in unused condition. Also, if any exchange is of the lower price, the balance amount will be emailed to you in the form of a credit note.

Please Note: • We do not provide exchange or credit notes on any free products. nor do we facilitate second-time exchanges for an order. • We also do not provide refunds on any orders.
